The event, which took place on Thursday November 16, was hosted by the University of Cumbria in partnership with the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation trust.
The exhibits allowed students in years 10 to 13 to get advice from local providers about higher education and future careers.
Students had the opportunity to get hands-on by taking blood samples, delivering CPR, and discovering how speech therapists help people to communicate.
Those involved were from Ripley St Thomas Church of England Academy, Lancaster Royal Grammar School, Lancaster Girls’ Grammar School and Our Lady’s Catholic College.
Exhibitors included over 26 teams from across the NHS and Morecambe Bay Healthcare Trust, including finance, physiotherapy, patient environment services, biomedical science, speech and language, pharmacy, radiography, midwifery, and nursing.
