The Cornish pasty’s recipe has a 200 year continuity that is unique. Recipes were handed down from generation to generation, often by word of mouth and rarely written down because they were made almost every day
Diggle's Cafe
We sell speciality coffees, freshly made sandwiches, hot pies and pasties & our own traditional cooked meats. We have 2 cafes with modern lounge areas selling our coffees and hot drinks as well as a wide selection of hot and cold snacks and cakes. Our Market Street shop also features "Shake-it", our own milkshake and smoothie bar with over 20 fantastic flavours to choose from.
